I offer 3 levels of one to one personal coaching. To get the most out of working with me, I recommend a commitment between 4-6 months, in order for our work to be fully effective and for you to reap the benefits.

2 x 45 minute sessions per month
unlimited email support between our coaching sessions
memos summarising coaching session key notes

Package price: £300 per month

Gold service

2 x 45 minute sessions per month
unlimited email support between our coaching sessions
full commitment to your agenda

Package price: £250 per month

Silver service

1 x 45 minute session per month
unlimited email support between our coaching sessions
full commitment to your agenda

Package price: £125 per month

All packages include an initial ‘Discovery Session’ which lasts 1.5 hours where we design how we will work together, get clear on your goals and work on your values. One off cost is £250.

If you have another option in mind which is not listed above, please contact me to discuss further.

Sessions are held over the phone or via skype, although I am also able to do face-to-face sessions. Cost of face to face sessions will vary, dependant on location.
